01   Do you work on equity or success fees?

Cash covers the work. Success fees and equity can be layered when outcomes are measurable, and incentives align.

Two layers. Process metrics catch problems early. Are we shipping on cadence? Are deliverables landing with the team? Are we in the right meetings? Outcome metrics tell us whether the work moved the business. Revenue, qualified pipeline, fundraising readiness, share of voice in the category. Both get reviewed monthly. We agree on a single north-star outcome metric at kickoff and orient the work around moving it.

Jeff. Every meeting, every deliverable, every decision. There are no junior account managers. There is no rotating team. For specialized work outside the strategy lane (design execution, video production, paid media buying), I bring in trusted partners, and you meet them by name before they touch your account. Nothing gets handed off without you knowing.

I run strategy and leadership. For creative production and media buying, I bring in vetted partners I have worked with for years. You meet them, and you approve them. Transparent cost. No markup. No agency tax.
