Start With Fifteen Minutes.
No deck. No pitch. We work out whether the work fits before either of us spends another minute on it. Pick a time and it is on both calendars in the next thirty seconds.
The calendar
Pick a time
Fifteen minutes, on video or by phone, whichever you prefer. The calendar opens in a new tab, and the confirmation lands on both calendars the moment you pick.
If nothing on the calendar works, use the form below and I will send you options.
What the fifteen minutes covers
- The work. What is actually stalling: the raise, the pipeline, or the story underneath both.
- The timing. Whether this is the right quarter to start, and what has to be true first.
- The fit. Whether I am the right person, and if I am not, where to look instead.
Or write first
Tell me what is going on
Some people would rather write it down than talk it through, and the calls go better when I have read something first. I read every form myself. If it looks like a fit, you get a calendar link from me within one business day. If it does not, I will tell you that, and where to look instead. Either way you hear back.

Who this works for
Four reasons I will tell you no.
Wrong-fit prospects should be able to deselect themselves before they fill anything in. Fewer wasted calls, better conversations.
Best fit
- Founders of B2B companies between Seed and Series B.
- PE-backed portfolio companies in growth or repositioning.
- Founders preparing for a raise, an exit, or a category move.
- Teams that can act on strategy, rather than teams that need a vendor managed.
Not a fit
- Pre-seed and pre-revenue. Come back when somebody has paid you. I am not the person who finds your first ten customers.
- Budget under $6,000 a month. The tiers start there and I will not discount into a worse engagement for both of us.
- You want a new logo and a new website. Ascendly does that, in fifteen business days, from $5,000.
- Marketing is not the constraint. If your churn is a product problem, I will say so on the call rather than sell you a positioning sprint.
If you cannot tell which list you belong on, that is exactly what the fifteen minutes is for.
The cadence
How this works
| Step | When | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Fit call | This week | Fifteen minutes with me. The work, the timing, and whether this is the right next move. |
| Scope | Next week | We map the work, name the deliverables, and agree the engagement shape. |
| Kickoff | The following Monday | We lock the cadence, take handoff of the tools and assets I need, and I ship the Narrative Debt Index inside thirty days: four dimensions scored, with the ranked list of what to fix first. |
